I am about to become a new renter (12/27/2018) and would like to thank Shannon Murphy (leasing agent) for all her help. She has gone above and beyond in helping me, showing kindness and consideration every step of the way, answering all my questions sometimes calling her every other day. I recently shattered my ankle and would have had difficulty viewing an apartment, but Shannon was there with a helping hand or two, making it easier for me. I cannot emphasize enough how kind she is, what an asset you have in her !!!

I wanted to take the time to extend my appreciation for the outstanding quality of service provided by one of your leasing specialists. Even though it was clear she was having quite a busy day, she was still able to take the time to give me a thorough walk through of your apartments, and even had fresh cookies baked for my three-year-old to enjoy. I sincerely believe that your employee possesses the over-the-top courtesy and admirable manners that seem to be far too rare these days, which surely must make her an invaluable asset to your team.

The staff is friendly, professional & very accommodating. Great location with an even better price tag. Our house was ready ahead of schedule and everything was clean & in good working order. The doggie treats in the office means even my dog is a happy camper. We love it here!
